6. Fees & Transactions
- Est8list may charge service fees upon successful transactions, such as property sales, rentals, or short-term stays.
- Fees and payment terms will be disclosed before finalizing any transaction.
- Users agree that Est8list is not responsible for any disputes arising from payments outside our platform.
